Back pain or flank pain usually a result of musculoskeletal problems but often can be a sign of kidney pain.
It is difficult to diagnose the lower back pain as a pain in the kidneys.But it can be predicted as follows: 
The kidney pain felt under the ribs and is deeper than muscle pain.

I keep getting mild pains in my abdomen,
and keep needing to urine,

Personal information: Male have 43 years old and no history of hyperglycemia, came to the lab to order blood and urine testing to screening some sign and symptoms including repeated urination and with pain, white patches on the surface of tongue as well as he feel thirsty and hungry after short time especially at night, sometimes wake up with pain in his body especially terminals. 
The lab doctor recommend him to test blood for glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL, LDL, and urine examination. 
And the test results came as following: 
Diabetic profile: Random blood glucose: 470 Glucose in urine: (++++) Ketone in urine: NIL

Complete urine Analysis: Color: Yellow Aspect: slightly turbid Reaction: Acidic Protein: (+) Glucose: (++++) Acetone: NIL Bilirubin: NIL Urobilinogen: NIL Pus Cells: 8 – 10 RBC' cells: 4 – 6 Casts: Hayline cast Epithelial cells: (+) 
The medical lab interpretation for such case: First the Glucose is high while the normal level of glucose in the blood should not exceed 150 mg/dl after a period of 2 – 5 hours after having a meal, this condition is hyperglycemia for a patient may be suffering from diabetic mellitus the type two "insulin independent ", because the urine have not any ketone bodies. 
Second the cholesterol normal level is 180 mg/dl according to last WHO specs, triglyceride normal level is 150 mg/dl for healthy people, HDL good controlled will be a number between 35 – 65 mg/dl but more raise is the better, normal level of LDL should not reach the limit of 150 mg/dl. 
After comparing the normal levels of fats in blood and the results of the patient we can see that the <a href="http://bloodtestresults-explained.blogspot.com/2013/11/My-cholesterol-level-is-high-what-does-this-means.html">cholesterol is high</a> and counts multiple the upper normal limit, triglyceride is high, HDL is better to be high but LDL is in the risk zone. 
Urine analysis influence the blood results, contains glucose excess due to high level of glucose in the blood and proteinuria with a little high count of red blood cells and pus cells which may be due to inflammation of urinary tract due to bacterial infection or because hyperglycemia syndrome, urine also contain hyaline cast which may be a result of hypertension. 
The patient condition may be hyperglycemia due to diabetic mellitus of type two which is insulin independent and the high level of cholesterol, triglyceride and other lipoproteins increasing the risk of dangerous effect of hyperglycemia and may be the high fats in the blood is the main reason behind high glucose levels from the beginning. 
The patient after receiving results recommended to go to a gastrointestinal specialist physician to have his body physically examined and additional test may be done after as Hemoglobin A1C which predict the level of glucose in the last three months. 
GI physician advice thee patient to eat amounts of fatty foods to avoid raise in fats in the blood then the glucose may peak again, and HBA1C test is requested by doctor, also pharmaceutical medications as glycophage and glimperide contain medication to lower the level of glucose by help the cells of the body have the highest intake of glucose.

Yesterday, I got my labs which show these: TSH 8.0, T4 9.5, T3 100, Should I worry?

Answer: If we compared your results with the corresponding TSH normal reference range which is up to 6 uIU/mL, thus yours is ELEVATED. Strangely, your results show elevated TSH which is medically called Hypothyroidism ( means low levels of thyroid hormones, the T3 and T4), but yours are of normal not decreased which is another medical condition called Subclinical-hypothyroidism.

Subclinical-hypothyroidism means your thyroid gland are on the way to develop a thyroid illness but not right now at the time of diagnosis. It’s a mild condition of thyroid low activity diseases.

A follower sent me this very repeated question and I decided to response to a question of them because I believe that people can ask such intuitive questions just to be more reassured and feeling more of comport about their results of labs.

Answers: Normally, in medical books the prostate gland has a normal size of less than 24 CC until you reach the 40 years old.

Normal size means the average size for all men in the same age who are in healthy state and their labs and imaging scans are showing no abnormal issues.

However, a little increase in the size of your prostate above the already known <a data-id="6351" data-type="post" href="https://bloodtestsresults.com/q-can-prostatitis-misunderstood-as-soft-lesion-do-we-need-to-go-for-biopsy/">normal-size</a> are not of concerns because the normal relies on the averages not on exact number, in other words some men have their own normal which is up to 25 for instance.

I has just received my lab results indicating high levels of Vitamin B12. I was sitting at my desk looking at my phone with the lab results on display. suddenly I see the results loaded and I got elevated vitamin B12 which is something made me confused, is high vitamin B12 range a bad thing or just fine because I received a lot of supplementations this month but I was convinced that vitamin supplementations are good for health but didn't expect that too much vitamins can cause harmful side effect, please explain this argument carefully.

Previous video about “Normal PSA Chart” explained what is normal and abnormal according to each age. Some people out there said that PSA results are not reliable but the reality that a small portion of men with normal PSA 4.0 (about15%) who may getting positive cancer biopsy.

Finally I saw a young doctor in my gps group, and she sent me to a Rheumatologist. He did a multitude of tests including an ANA panel. Any risk degree for prostate cancer must be checked, free PSA % and DRE are helpful tools especially if MRI imaging isn't clear like this.

Recommendations: Short-term follow-up imaging is advised for these patients, less than 6 months. Do biopsy if <a data-id="469" data-type="post" href="https://bloodtestsresults.com/psa-blood-test-free-psa-test/">PSA free% is lower than 25%</a>, Positive DRE, with PIRAD3 MRI. Treatment and management must be done with expert doctor in such cases.
